WNWRC -Network Event -Have your say on the CORU Standards of Proficiency and Criteria for Education and Training Programmes for Counsellors and Psychotherapists

As you are aware, CORU have opened a stakeholder consultation on the draft  Standards of Proficiency, and the draft Criteria for Education and Training Programmes, specific to each profession i.e. Counsellors and Psychotherapists.  Please find the link to both sets of standards here: https://www.coru.ie/public-protection/public-consultations/current-consultations/. You will also find useful information within the September Issue of eNews from IACP.

The WNW Regional IACP Committee are inviting members to attend this networking event to voice your opinions on the recent publication. There will not be a presentation on the standards, so all attendees are asked to familiarise themselves with the standards prior to the event. Arising from a  rich and worthwhile discussion, we plan to collate your views and submit them to IACP and CORU. 

CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Event
