Presenter Bio:
Paul Ramsey (Solicitor) and Judith Gibson (Associate Solicitor) will be presenting the seminars.
We are members of the Public and Regulatory Department based in Dublin. We specialise in advising public bodies and regulators in relation to all aspects of their statutory function, practice, procedure, investigations and sanction. We are both admitted to the roll of solicitors in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Workshop will cover: Overview of the Children First Act 2015 and mandated persons' reporting obligations to Tusla (Children First); threshold for making a mandated report to Tusla, retrospective reporting requirements for counsellors and psychotherapists;
Reporting of abuse to Gardaí - legal requirements (Withholding of information on Offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons Act 2012);
