Presenters Bio:
Rosie Burrows is a Senior Accreditated Supervisor with the BACP and has been supervising and consulting since the 1990’s. She provides individual and group supervision/consulting with Gestalt, Somatic Experiencing, and NARM NeuroAffective Relational Model within Ireland and
internationally in Europe, Sri Lanka and South Africa.
She is an award winning Research Practitioner on Transgenerational Trauma healing and has previously delivered all Ireland IACP
workshops on Healing Relational Trauma 2017-2018 with research paper written for IACP journal and preparation and delivery of one day online workshop for Supervisors

Event Description
- To introduce experienced and newly qualified Supervisors to a practical and creative developmental framework that supports Supervisee and Client development, that can also be used to compassionately explore the wellbeing and evolving edge of the Supervisor in peer groups, via self assessment, and with a Supervisor.
- To offer an indigenous and ecological, integrative framework for our Irish context within a European and international perspective by supporting our strengths in the arts, humour, nature and spirituality, while also including the latest physiological/neuroscience, emotional/attachment informed relational theory and everyday embodied practices.
- To raise the quality of Counselling/Therapy and Supervision on the island of Ireland to reduce and transform suffering, enhance wellbeing, unlocking creative, relational living and action.
- To use research alongside the workshops to support participants and the IACP, and encourage a dynamic research culture. Option: to write up the findings of the series of workshops for the IACP community.
- To offer live supervision with a clear debriefing framework, and support a culture of joy, humility, and humour in learning, helping to transform our historic shame based associations with learning.
