Main course objective is to provide the participants with the recognised accredited training and curriculum for working to Certification as a Schema Therapist with the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). Participants with get the entire 3 Modules which make up the Accredited ISST curriculum covering the accredited training component.

Dates: 28-30 Sept 2023 (module 1) , 16-18 November (module 2) 2023 and 7 and 8 March 2024 (module 3)


Schema therapy has been shown to be highly effective in treating individuals with complex issues including Borderline Personality Disorder (EUPD) (Gieson-Boo et al, 2006) and with other personality disorders (Bamelis et al, 2014).
Schema therapy is an integrated therapy comprising cognitive, Gestalt, attachmentbased, object relations and behavioural components. The therapy was developed by Dr. Jeffrey Young for adults with personality difficulties related to childhood trauma who did not respond to CBT.

Participants will receive handouts of slides and copies of exercises, as well as key readings in advance.
Participants will also receive additional reading suggestions and resources after the training.
• Cancellation and Refunds policy
A non-refundable booking deposit of €400 is required to hold a place on the course. The balance is due 2 x
Weeks prior to commencement of the course. Cancellations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
