DRC - Network Evening - PMDD: A Brief Overview Integrating Menopause into Psychotherapy

Presenters Bio:

Sinead Larkin is a second-year student of counselling and psychotherapy with PCI College. Prior to commencing her degree, she studied for a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy with PCI, and trained as a volunteer with Aware, where she helped support clients with low mood. In addition to this, she has lived experience of PMDD dating back to 2017 and has conducted a lot of personal research into the condition. She hopes that this event will help raise awareness of the condition among mental health professionals.

Presenters Bio:

Zuleika Daly is a Doctor of Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy and a clinical supervisor. She works  as a Psychologist and clinical supervisor in the public sector in addition to running a private practice in Dublin city centre. She  completed my degree and Masters in the 1990s and early 2000s and began my doctoral training in 2006. I love supporting individuals to work through a wide variety of difficulties.

These include traumatic experiences and self-esteem, anxiety and mood difficulties, relationship and food and body related problems.

She speaks at conferences and events on the areas on mental health.
