Presenters Bio: Thomas Larkin MA (Integrative Psychotherapy); IAHIP accredited; SIAHIP accredited supervisor; Post-Qualifying Certificate in CBT; Post-Qualifying Certificate in Group Therapy; BA (hons); H.dip. (Education).

Thomas Larkin is an integrative psychotherapist/ counsellor, supervisor and trainer based in Dublin city centre.
Master's degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. Accredited with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). Accredited supervisor with IAHIP. Post-qualifying certificates in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Group Therapy. Also a qualified teacher with third level lecturing experience.
Specialist experience in anxiety, depression, relationships, body-based psychological problems or 'psychosomatic' problems, bereavement, anger management, men’s issues, self esteem, among others.

Workshop Outline: Experiential look at character structures and their unconscious impact on us. How we hold our body has a huge influence on what we say and how we act. This workshop will take an experiential look at the classic character structures, developed by Wilhelm Reich, through the participant's s own eyes as well as covering the theory of origin.

Please note that the parking for the Hilton Hotel Kilmainham is at the Irish Museum of Art, turn to the left of the IMA building which is opposite the Hilton Hotel entrance.  Cost for 6 hours is €10.
