Bridges between Neuroscience, the Somatic Body and Biosynthesis Somatic Psychotherapy

 

This day workshop presents you with a Theoretical and a Clinical Experiential model for the inclusion of the Body in Trauma work, specifically within a Biosynthesis Somatic Trauma perspective. The aim is to provide you with an introduction to the method & theory of Biosynthesis Somatic Trauma Psychotherapy and to present our 1 year Training Certificate in Biosynthesis Somatic Trauma Psychotherapy.

Understanding of theory will be supported through Biosynthesis Structural Exercises and Theory/Lecture/Discussion Input.

Schedule: 

10 am Introductions

11am Presentation of Biosynthesis Somatic Trauma Psychotherapy-History, Connections to Biology, Neuroscience, Epigenetics and Physiology

1pm Lunch

2pm Introduction to Biosynthesis Structure Exercises

2.30pm Experiential work

3.30 Coffee Break

3.50 Presentation of 1 year Programme in Biosynthesis Somatic Trauma Psychotherapy

5pm Finish
