An opportunity for supervisors to help locate and reflect upon themselves - as people and as supervisors - in their own personal, organisational and cultural context, so we can consider these aspects in relation to their supervisory role, and to the complexity of what they 'hold'.

Format:  Presentation & Workshop

Dr. Rolls asks all participants to come prepared with :

*Examples of a supervisee with whom they have had challenges; and/or a client where little progress has been made

*A reflective on their organisational culture; what it's like to work where they do and what particular challenges they face that is invluencing their capacity to supervise.
