Presenter's Bio:
Steven is a Dublin-based Psychotherapist and Personal Development Coach. In 2018, he began training as a Psychotherapist, studying to receive a Higher Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy followed by a Masters in Psychotherapy.He started working on a one-to-one basis with clients in 2021.
Additionally to working as a Psychotherapist, he presents wellbeing workshops focused on building mental resilience and the benefits of physical fitness for both small and large companies.
His mission is to help individuals unlock their inner potential, overcome challenges and obstacles, and find a way to lead a more fulfilling life.
Event Outline:
This workshop will contain three short talks and some practical elements for participants to utilise in order to manage their stress, learn about numerous tools and tricks they can use for their general health and wellbeing, and better understand how to align themselves with their values. There will be a nervous system relaxation exercise (guided meditation) and a Q&A session for any questions at the end of the workshop.
CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Event
