Presenter's Bio: 

Bairbre Kelly is a mental health advocate, facilitator and Counselling Psychotherapist who runs her own private practice in Drogheda, Co Louth. She explains her unconventional approach to counselling as a refection of her "outside of the box", neurodivergent perspective, having received an ADHD and dyslexia diagnosis at the age of 47.

An honest and informative insight into one journey to discover her own neurodivergent diagnosis and how she incorporates this awareness into her practice as a psychotherapist to gain a better understanding of ADHD and how it presents in the counselling room.
